A 50-YEAR-OLD caretaker of a house for rent was killed after a tenant stabed her in the neck the other night in Binondo, Manila.
Jose Yolanda Gabion, of Araneta compound located at 155 San Nicolas Street., Binondo, was declared dead on arrival at the hospital.
The suspect, identified as Richard Maranillo, 24, was arrested by the residents led by barangay kagawad Antonio Guarino who responded to the scene.
Case officer SPO1 Gerry Rivera said the incident, which took place past 8 p.m. was sparked by an old grudge between the victim and the suspect.
