A Lindsay woman is facing a mischief charge after the landlord of a house complained to police several signs on the property were damaged and removed.

Police say the charge was laid following an ongoing dispute between the landlord and tenant at a house on Vimy Road.

The signs in question included a For Sale sign, as well as election campaign signs, police say.

Police say Felecia Sproul, 24, was arrested on Oct. 9. She will appear in court on Nov. 6.

The house is owned by mayoral candidate Bill Denby.  Mr. Denby was arrested and charged with mischief on Oct. 11 following a police investigation into an ongoing landlord and tenant dispute.  Police allege utilities at the rental home were turned off several times between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3.
