A 74-year-old Glendale apartment manager was arrested Monday after an 18-year-old female tenant allegedly noticed him looking through her bathroom window, police said.
At around 8:20 p.m., police were called to the 200 block of North Verdugo Road, where the woman reportedly saw the man, identified as Arshavir Kocharian, peering through her bathroom window while she was inside, said Glendale Police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot.
He allegedly left after they made eye contact.
The 18-year-old, along with her 23-year-old sister, reportedly told detectives of an ongoing issue with the on-site manager, who has allegedly peered into their bedroom window several times over the last four years.
Kocharian was arrested on suspicion of invasion of privacy, Lightfoot said.
