2 teens arrested in Green Bay apartment fire

Green Bay police have captured two teens regarding a condo complex fire that uprooted more than 60 occupants not long ago.

WLUK-TV  reports the 17- and 18-year-olds from Marinette were gotten Thursday on a random matter when the officer recognized their garments coordinated the associates’ garments in observation feature with the flame.
