New details continue to emerge surrounding the Sunday morning shooting in Fremont which left three men dead and a fourth wounded.

Igmidio “Roger” Mista, 33, of 515 Rawson Avenue, has been arrested and arraigned on three counts of murder, Fremont police Chief Tim Wiersma said at a press conference Monday afternoon.

Mista, a Filipino national, remains jailed in the Sandusky County jail but will soon have to deal with customs and immigration representatives, Wiersma said.

At the press conference, Wiersma said Mista had been in the United States legally at one time, but that is no longer the case.

Also released was the 911 call from about 1:29 a.m. when a tenant who lives above the Last Call Bar reported hearing three gunshots.

Fremont police officers arrived at the scene one minute later, kicking off a manhunt for Mista which concluded 32 hours later, at 9:29 a.m. Monday.

Officers went to the home of a relative of Mista’s where he met them at the door and was taken into custody, Wiersma said.

Mista’s criminal history in Fremont includes no felonies or violent crimes, according to police reports.

On Feb. 8 2013, he was involved in another incident at the Last Call Bar, Wiersma said.

On that occasion, the police complaint was more focused on those Mista visited the bar with, and not Mista himself, Wiersma said

Mista’s criminal record lists two separate incidents in which he was arrested in recent years.

In April 2012, Mista was cited for open container, littering and possession of drug paraphernalia.

And in January 2010, he was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
