Barrett became angry when Stamps told him to move, the affidavit states.
On March 3, Stamps told police he left home to run errands and saw Barrett and Rock at a house down the block. When he returned about two hours later, Barrett was walking out the side door of his home and Rock had a bag outside the home, the affidavit states.
